
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Garly Vine opened in 2007. Owner and Chef William has created an amazing market
to table experience with his cullinary and wine knowledge. He has trained in Spain and
Mexico and is an artist who pairs wine and food. He picks all of his ingredients daily
from farmers markets and fish mongers and creates specialities such as sicilian
meatballs, tuna tartare, gorgonzola and pear flatbreads, herb crusted garlic shrimp
and barbecue sliders just to name a few. Come and see what you have been missing
